BAFFR(B-cell activating factor receptor),也被称为BR3(BAFF-receptor 3),是位于B细胞表面的一种受体。它在B细胞的生存、成熟和分化过程中发挥着关键作用。BAFFR是由TNFRSF13C基因编码的。它属于肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)受体家族,结构上包括一个跨膜区和细胞外配体结合区。


BAFFR的主要配体是BAFF(B-cell activating factor,也称为BLyS—B-lymphocyte stimulator)。BAFF通过与BAFFR结合来介导其作用。异常的BAFF-BAFFR信号与多种自体免疫疾病相关,如系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)和类风湿性关节炎(RA)。因此,BAFFR是这些疾病治疗的潜在靶点。在临床上,抗BAFF的治疗方法(例如Belimumab)已经被用于治疗某些自体免疫疾病,以减缓异常活化的B细胞。
