胃抑制多肽受体(GIPR)是一种在人体中由GIPR基因编码的蛋白质,由胃抑制多肽(GIP)激活,是一类G蛋白偶联受体家族的成员。胃抑制多肽受体主要存在于胰腺的β 细胞中。胃抑制多肽激活的GIPR通过与异源三聚体Gs(αβγ)结合,诱导腺苷酸环化酶活化,增加细胞质中的cAMP水平, cAMP激活PKA,使调节基因转录蛋白磷酸化,并导致其移位至细胞核。


吉满生物H_GIPR Reporter CHO-K1 Cell Line报告基因细胞系,是基于GIPR信号通路构建的一种Luciferase报告基因细胞系。当胃抑制多肽与其受体GIPR结合时,使调节基因转录蛋白磷酸化从而激活荧光素酶(Luciferase)的表达。Luciferase读值即代表信号通路的激活效果,因此可用于GIPR相关药物的体外效果评价。
