        胰高血糖素受体(GCGR)是一种62 kDa的蛋白质,由胰高血糖素(Glucagon)激活,是B类G蛋白偶联受体家族的成员。胰高血糖素受体主要表达于肝脏和肾脏。胰高血糖素激活的GCGR通过与异源三聚体Gs(αβγ)结合,诱导腺苷酸环化酶活化,增加细胞质中的cAMP水平, cAMP激活PKA,使调节基因转录蛋白磷酸化,并导致其移位至细胞核。


        吉满生物H_GCGR Reporter CHO-K1 Cell Line报告基因细胞系,是基于GCGR信号通路构建的一种Luciferase报告基因细胞系。当胰高血糖素与其受体GCGR结合时,GCGR与异源三聚体Gs(αβγ)结合,诱导腺苷酸环化酶活化,增加细胞质中的cAMP水平, cAMP激活PKA,使调节基因转录蛋白磷酸化从而激活荧光素酶(Luciferase)的表达。Luciferase读值即代表信号通路的激活效果,因此可用于GCGR相关药物的体外效果评价。
