ActRIIA (ACVR2A)和ActRIIB(ACVR2B)是转化生长因子β(TGF-β)受体家族的成员,是包括活化素A(Activin A)和活化素B(Activin B)及BMP7、BMP9、BMP10、GDF1、GDF8(myostatin)、 GDF11和Nodal在内的其他TGF-β家族成员的II型号受体。 ALK4和ALK7分别是活化素A和活化素B的主要I型TGF-β受体家族成员。Bimagrumab 是一种人源单克隆抗体,可阻断激活素 II 型受体 (ActRII),从而对骨骼肌生长进行调节。据研究发现,Bimagrumab与ActRIIB、ActRIIA均具有亲和力,但与ActRIIB的亲和力至少比与ActRIIA强200倍。


吉满生物H_ACVR2B Reporter Cell Line是一种Luciferase报告基因细胞系。在吉满生物 Activin A Reporter Cell Line(Genomeditech/GM-C26082)的基础上,将 ACVR2A基因敲除,因此GDF8等蛋白只能结合ACVR2B激活下游信号通路。通过加入特定的拮抗型抗体,阻断由此激活的下游信号通路,随后,通过测定荧光信号确定荧光素酶(Luciferase)的表达,间接评估拮抗剂对信号通路的影响程度,因此,此细胞可便捷、灵敏、特异性的筛选和验证靶向ActRIIB的拮抗型药物。
